*** Make sure all trees are clearly marked and the homeowner is notified that an inspector will be coming by to inspect the trees prior to them being cut. ***

Permit required for jobs over $1,000.00.
Inspection will be within three working days.
Permit valid for 6 months.

The removal or relocation of trees on commercial sites may require the submission of a revised tree and landscape area plan if such plan was previously approved by the Saraland Planning Commission. Two (2) replacement trees are required to be planted for every significant tree removed and shall also be reflected on any revised plan, if applicable. Please refer to the Landscape and Tree Protection Provisions in Article 19 of the Land Use & Development Ordinance.
