Building Department

The Building Department is responsible for:

  • Issuing permits for demolition, new construction, renovation, and land disturbance
  • Performing inspections on all building components, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
  • Overseeing the planning, zoning, variances, and special use exceptions for the City
