Sealed Proposals for provision of storm debris collection will be received by the City of Saraland, Alabama at the office of the city clerk located in Saraland City Hall, 727 U.S. Highway 43 South, Saraland, Alabama 36571 until 2:00 pm, (Local Time) on Thursday, July 23, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The right is reserved, as the interest of the owner may require, to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals received. These services will be utilized if a storm event that qualifies for FEMA clean-up reimbursement impacts the City. Only proposals from qualified entities will be accepted.
