Welcome to the Saraland Senior Center! I would like to personally invite you to join us here at our center. Through your participation in the activities, seminars, and social events, I am confident that you will find this membership rewarding.
The primary purpose for the senior center is to provide recreation resources and opportunities in order to improve health and well being of people ages 55 and up. As the availability and importance of leisure increases in today’s lifestyle, so does its potential for waste and boredom. A person’s use of their leisure time is important.
As your personal recreation therapist I would love to meet with you. We have a variety of activities going on each month that I would love for you to be a part of!
Thank you for your interest in our Senior Recreation Program. I look forward to having you visit our Center very soon. If you have any questions, please call (251) 375-5439 or visit our Facebook page for more information.
